These terms cover our laundry, dry cleaning and pickup services. Replace this example text with your own terms before you publish.

Pricing

Prices are listed on our Prices page. Wash and fold is charged by weight after your washing is weighed, and we confirm the total by text before washing.

Care and damage

We follow care labels and check pockets, but can’t be responsible for items left in pockets. If we damage an item we’ll repair or replace it at fair value; let us know within seven days.

Pickups

You can change or cancel a pickup up to two hours before your window. Unclaimed items are held for 60 days.
