How does same-day wash and fold work?
Drop your washing off by 9 am and it’s ready to collect from 6 pm the same day. Anything after 9 am is ready by lunchtime the next day.
Do I need to sort my washing first?
No. We sort everything by colour and fabric and check pockets before anything goes in a machine.
Which suburbs do you pick up from?
We collect from Williamstown, Newport, Spotswood, Yarraville, Seddon, Kingsville and Footscray. Check your postcode on the Pickup page.
How is wash and fold priced?
By weight, at $4.50 per kilo with a 5 kg minimum. Doonas, rugs and pet bedding are priced per item.
What detergent do you use?
A fragrance-free, plant-based detergent by default. Tell us if you’d like your own, or a scented one.
What if something gets damaged?
It’s rare, but if we damage an item we’ll repair or replace it at fair value. Let us know within seven days.
