Your name, mobile number, email, address and pickup notes when you book, plus basic, anonymous analytics about how the site is used.

How we use it

To arrange pickups and deliveries, text you updates and receipts, and answer questions. We never sell your details.

How long we keep it

Booking details are kept for as long as you’re a customer and for seven years for tax records, then deleted.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing hello@linnea.example.
